This is the second time I went there for the same problem. My car gives fault warning for tail light defective when outside temperature is high. Now Seattle has low temperature and the problem does not happen. The technician cleared the fault records and did not write down the code. There is information on Porsche bulletin board. They could not reproduce the problem and told me I have to come again and provide the fault code when that happens. Why did they not write down the code and tried to reproduce the problem in other way than heating the environment? Did they really know what they were doing? They wasted their and my time. Actually I searched the internet and told them there was information about this problem on Porsche bulletin board. They just do not care. Was never greeted when entering dealership. I did not feel welcome at the dealership. I had to figure out on my own who to talk to to get service. No one was available at the parts counter when I went to feel welcome at the dealership. I had to figure out on my own who to talk to to get service. Tiril was friendly but appointment was at 9:00 for oil change and check radio car wasn’t touched until following day I asked if they would top off air in right rear tire 6 lb low was told I needed new re change and check radio car wasn’t touched until following day I asked if they would top off air in right rear tire 6 lb low was told I needed new rear tires I told them don’t change as I would check myself the tire tread went to people could up car turned on ignition tire warning came up instantly telling me left rear tire 25 lb low Tiril grabbed air hose put in air took car to garage came back 15 minutes later and told me I have a nail in tire and said I should replace rear tires.
