I was able to set an appointment for 2 days after I accessed the website and at a time convenient for me. The service writer recognized me and greeted me as soon as I entered the drive through and made accessed the website and at a time convenient for me. The service writer recognized me and greeted me as soon as I entered the drive through and made every effort to see to my needs while I waited. I only had an oil change but they did go over all systems to conform my now somewhat aging 2009 Targa were in proper working order. Time in to out was just under 2 hours as promised. The waiting area was comfortable with a picture window view of the service department, the only thing missing were adequate snacks (I was probably a bit late for that). The cost of service was rather high however it is a Porsche dealership after all. More

Alex was my service advisor. I arrived early for my appointment, and when I expressed concern about needing to be somewhere, the folks at the check-in desk jumped into action, se I arrived early for my appointment, and when I expressed concern about needing to be somewhere, the folks at the check-in desk jumped into action, sending someone to prepare myloaner and it's paperwork...and I was out of there in record time. Alex kept in touch via text, and let me know when my Taycan 4S could be picked up after washing. When I arrived, I was shocked to find that the car had been thoroughly washed, both outside and inside! Alex summarized each part of the invoice, mostly just recalls, and I was on my way.
