I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new car at Porsche Bethesda. I want to thank my sales representative, Waseem, for his help throughout the process — but I want to give extra special recognition to Joshua Jones, the General Sales Manager. Josh truly went above and beyond to make my deal possible. At one point, it seemed like things wouldn’t move forward because I wasn’t happy with the color of the rims. Josh stepped in, walked me through various options, and was incredibly knowledgeable. More importantly, he seemed genuinely eager to find a solution that worked for me and stayed within my budget. His dedication and customer-focused approach made all the difference. When I came in to pick up my new car, they surprised me with a wonderful unveiling ceremony and a thoughtful gift bag, which made the experience even more special. I highly recommend visiting Porsche Bethesda — and if you feel stuck or need extra help, definitely talk to Josh before you decide to walk away. He’ll make sure you’re taken care of! More

Experienced a very professional and relatively stress free sales transaction at Porsche Bethesda last week. The initial visit was handled by Washeem but after he had to miss the following day's final tra free sales transaction at Porsche Bethesda last week. A couple of minor issues arose but were superbly handled by Brian. I highly recommend this dealership based upon my recent experience. More
