Just great service as always. Since my first service at Porsche Bethesda two years ago I have not done a comparison in service or cost as they are tops in both aspects. In addition Louis Pradel always accommodates my last minute request which are few and far between as the build of my 911 which is my daily driver (Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring) is just amazing (only oil change, tire and brake pads). Basically my experience during the purchase of my car at another dealership, the service at this dealership, the quality and reliability of my 911 has just made my present car experience the best by far. Great Service, as usual I had my Cayman R in to diagnose and fix an electrical issue (turned out to be a dead sensor). Everyone at the dealership was extremely welcoming, and I had my Cayman R in to diagnose and fix an electrical issue (turned out to be a dead sensor). Everyone at the dealership was extremely welcoming, and my service adviser, Louis, took care of everything, as usual. He knows I ask a lot of questions and want details on the work that needs to be done, so he called me with the tech (Adam) who was working on my car. Not every dealership will provide this kind of access to their techs. All of my experiences with this dealership have been positive, and I strongly recommend them for sales and service. More

Although I plan to rebuild the original motor there were all sorts of other problems with additional missing parts on the engine and drive train. When I come in for parts they have all the documentation on the car and find the exact part i am looking for every-time. When I put the part on the car it always fits perfectly.
