The resulting trust and loyalty drives far more business than the near-sighted upselling shamelessly conducted by other dealerships. On my last visit, I had a window that was malfunctioning. The technician could have easily chosen to "diagnose" a need for a new regulator. He didn't. Instead, he tightened loose bolts and secured them with Locktite. Doing the right thing when no one would know that you didn't is the definition of integrity. This is the service culture Michael Hook has created and nurtured at Porsche of Chantilly. More
