I worked with sales manager, Jordan Vodenhal. He was unclear in the process, first telling me that the paperwork could all be done electronically, then requiring it be notarized. This caused us to rush to get wet-ink signatures done as we were leaving town. Everything was done sequentially, causing the process to take far longer than necessary - door to door the process took a full month! It took them two weeks from my completing the paperwork and making the down payment to even arrange shipment. And once the paperwork was completed, I never heard from the dealer again. I reached out to them numerous times to learn the status of delivery and to inquire about a paint sample I had requested and received no response. They shipped my Porsche uncovered, which is not the standard for this brand, based on past experience. And, of course, the car arrived filthy. It didn’t appear to have even been vacuumed and there was still trash inside. This is after their shipper tried to get us to accept delivery at 2am and then was two hours late for the arranged 7am delivery. Our home address was not programmed into the navigation computer, despite specifically requesting it. This dealership devalues the Porsche brand by its complete lack of quality customer experience. They put into action the mantra of “once you’ve made the sale, stop selling” because once I had agreed to the purchase, they had no reason to keep me happy. I would never do business with them again. This was my first Porsche purchase. I’ve owned a lot of incredible cars over the years: BMWs, custom Mustangs, classic Z cars, Supras… so this was not an easy decision for me. But Park Place Porsche had a car that checked every single box. Honestly, I’m not entirely sure they realized how rare this spec combination was, but nonetheless, we worked out an incredible deal. They gave me a very fair trade value, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. My salesperson, Darien Bradford, was an absolute professional from start to finish. No pressure, no games, just knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely great to work with. Although I was only purchasing a Certified Pre Owned vehicle, I genuinely felt like I was treated with the same level of attention and professionalism as someone buying a brand new 911 Turbo Cabriolet. That says a lot about a dealership. As a career Sales Director myself, I can honestly say I wish I had an entire staff full of professionals like Darien. What impressed me most was how much the dealership invested back into the vehicle to prepare it for delivery. It showed. If you’re considering a Porsche, I highly recommend Darien and the team at Park Place Porsche Dallas. Their selection of both new and pre owned inventory was seriously impressive, and the buying experience was first class. More
