Jim made the ordering process easy (I wanted a different color and interior than what they had in stock), kept me up to date on the status of my build-out, and shared my enthusiasm with me. I can honestly say that it was probably the best experience I've ever had in purchasing a vehicle, and we have purchased a lot of cars (Mercedes,BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lexus, etc.)over the years! I would have purchased the Road Hazard product from Adam if he was able to offer coverage for curb damage, like the American Financial product, but it was excluded, and I have used this coverage on my prior policies, which I purchased at another dealership.
