We test drove it, he explained the features with great depth of knowledge. He was able to provide a competitive trade in to my MB CLS 550. I was able to drive off in my new Panamera - a car that I am confident that will receive great service from Park Place. I did not expect to buy a car that day - but due to John's ability to meet my requirements, answer my questions and make me feel confident - I drove away in a car that I am proud to own. Very accomidating I traded my vehicle in and purchased a used vehicle. My request was that I wanted to keep my tires ad do a tire swap. as I only had about 1000 miles o I traded my vehicle in and purchased a used vehicle. He was simply a cool down to earth car guy to hang out with to make sure I got the car I wanted with no pressure. I bought my first 911 (2017 911 Carrera, slate gray on high gloss black wheels, black trim, sport chrono, exhaust, carbon fiber int, 7spd manual) which I love and will be driving daily. Paul helped me class up the car and minimized what I didn't want on the car. There are so many 911 variants and he helped me purchase my perfect 911 that I have no regerts purchasing. I am hitting up Paul when I'm pulling the trigger and getting a Turbo S for my weekend car. More

A fun experience that made me feel I was in a good place. My only experience, to date, has been with Michael Farris one of the top two sales people that I have ever purchase a car from and I have bought a lot My only experience, to date, has been with Michael Farris one of the top two sales people that I have ever purchase a car from and I have bought a lot of cars in the last 75 years. From the first time I met Michael at the dealership I felt a connection and it got better from there. I did not get the best deal I have ever negotiated but that is on me. Michael answered all my questions, he kept me informed about the car I ordered, he made every effort to make my experience the best whether I was changing my order within the window that the order could be changed or when I added things that would be added at the dealership. When I picked my car up he introduce to the features on the Macan S in an experiential way that made it easy to understand and be able to remember. He gave me a verbal instruction how to connect the garage door opener which was a good thing because if you follow the instruction in the owner's manual you will never get the opener connected. Michael made it fun buying a new car. My wife is currently considering the purchase of a new Porsche and when she is ready to pull the trigger Michael will be her sales person of choice. More
