I live in the Austin area, and in-spite of that, I traveled over six hours round trip several times for the opportunity to work with Chris. I tend to be a type A personality (make the triple A) but whenever I called concerned about a particular matter I would be met with "okay I can take care of that....no worries". Couldn't have been more helpful Although this was my fifth Porsche purchase in 3 years from Park Place Porsche Dallas, Ricky was new to me for the last one, a 2015 Panamera S E-Hybri Although this was my fifth Porsche purchase in 3 years from Park Place Porsche Dallas, Ricky was new to me for the last one, a 2015 Panamera S E-Hybrid. He was very prompt and excellent in answering all my questions online and in person. Very knowledgeable, he dug up facts about the cat on the Porsche computer system that were exactly what I wanted. After finding that some components were missing from the car he immediately arranged to have them shipped to me as soon as possible, since I live in San Antonio. Making the drive to Dallas has always been worthwhile and Ricky made it the best experience of them all. I could not recommend him any more highly. More
