Bought car sight unseen I was searching for a loaded corvette and came across the dealership through an Ebay listing. I am very picky about my cars and I asked the salesman, I was searching for a loaded corvette and came across the dealership through an Ebay listing. I am very picky about my cars and I asked the salesman, Chris, to assure me the car, a 2014, was spotless. He called me while he was looking at the car and examined every inch, assuring me it was in fact spotless. I live in Vegas, so looking at the car myself was not possible. Buying a car like this sight unseen is a risky venture, but Chris and the dealership answered all of my questions and even helped arrange shipping. The car arrived just as promissed! Here's where my story changes. The shipper damaged one of the wheels on the car. I have spent weeks now trying to get them, firstclassautotransporters.com, to honor their word and pay for the replacement wheel. I have had the car now for a month and frankly, Chris could have left me to deal with this shipper on my own. But his follow up has been exceptional! I have spoken with him several times, AFTER our deal has been completed, and he is still working to get this resolved. It is hard to truly judge a dealership or company's customer service, unless something goes wrong. This level of customer service is truly rare and I cannot overly state how impressed I am with Chris and Park Place Porsche. More
