The reviews about KEVIN SHEFLIN were almost too good to be true so I just had to find out for myself. This was a big step in my venture in finding my dream car. Can I trust the salesman, KEVIN, and would the dealership stand behind their words and commitment to provide me with the best price, quality service, and most of all honesty. I'm the type of person who no matter how good the price, if you don't get the whole package to support and backup what they say they are going to do, I will walk back out the door and move on down the road. When I first walked into the Dallas Park Place Porsche Dealership it was impressive to see the show room. Of course most dealerships are all about the show room! Now it was time to met KEVIN SHEFLIN in person! I had only talked with Kevin by phone and email up to this time and I was impressed before I even met him in person. From the first introduction and hand shake to my drive off the premises was the most honest, down to earth man I have ever met at a dealership over my life time!!! The reviews were not lying about KEVIN. He made my over all experience of buying my first Porsche - 2014 Guard Red 911 Turbo S like it was my very first car experience. You know, the feeling of the excitement, adrenaline pumping and yet the reservations about making such a big decision. KEVIN shows respect and appreciation for all walks of life and knowing the importance of working very, very hard to achieve a person's life dream. KEVIN is sincere and listens to what his customers are looking for and how he can best help them achieve their dream within their limitations. He stayed in communication with me to answer all my questions above and beyond any other salesman I have encountered. I asked a lot of questions because I am an inspector for a major airline company for 29 years who has millions of peoples lives in their hands every minute of every day! No matter what the question, Kevin had the answer or found it quickly. Hands down KEVIN and the rest of the staff at the Dallas Park Place Porsche dealership are the absolute best. Pete Hodges in finance took the stress out of the final stages of making my purchase relaxing and made it a pleasurable experience. He wasn't on a timeline and didn't make me feel rushed or uncomfortable when asking all my questions before signing on the "dotted line" or reading the "fine print"! They were the only dealership in the state of Texas with enough inventory from Porsche to have the color and options in the Macan S that I wanted within a reasonable time frame. All other dealerships would have to wait 3-4 months to receive new inventory, whereas Park Place received their shipment in 3 weeks, allowed by Porsche Manufacturer because of their high volume of sales. The reason they are so excellent at selling cars is because of their commitment to customer service. When I did receive the Macan, there were minor electronic issues with the car requiring computer adjustments by the service department, but Park Place made it rather pleasant to come in and get my car serviced. I had to send the car in twice, but each time, it came back handwashed and delivered to my front door. To boot, my salesperson Jeff Van Sicklen is simply a gem. For not having owned a Macan, he is still incredibly knowledgeable and supplements any unanswered questions with thorough research. He is attentive and detailed. His 20-30 minute tutorial on the Macan at the time of our purchase made it totally unnecessary for me to read the QuickStart guide! He regularly keeps in touch with his customers for troubleshooting purposes and to ensure customer satisfaction. Lastly, the service department is beyond accommodating: Terry, Mark, and the crew are simply a joy. They always have a gracious smile on their faces. Thanks Park Place! More

Long distance purchase of Certified Pre-Owned Porsche I was having a hard time finding a Porsche in Houston that fit my criteria. During a search, I found one that sounded great in Dallas at Park Place. I was having a hard time finding a Porsche in Houston that fit my criteria. I worked with Wade Days who was extremely helpful and responsive. He walked the car and took cell phone photos of anything that might be a possible issue, paint chips, etc... and described everything in detail. Wade provided a lot of information which allowed me to feel confident enough to put down a deposit and fly up to look at the car. Wade picked me and my wife up at the airport. The car was as described and the purchase process was smooth and easy. I drove the car back to Houston. Wade has been in contact since to ensure that there were no problems. I was very happy with the experience and would purchase from Park Place and Wade again. More

Effortless Process I was in need of a new car, but in no huge rush to purchase one. He was very impressed with the car and Ashley's customer service, so he asked me to come to the dealership to check it out. I was not thinking that I would be buying a "Porsche" that day. I figured I'd just test the waters. Ashley was very helpful, kept us current on his status at all times, and took us out for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable, but not pushy. He wanted me to make the right decision for me. I left the dealership that night with my 2014 Platinum Edition Black Porsche Cayenne. The process was effortless from start to finish. The finance manager, Patrick, was also great to work with. I returned later the next week for a car wash and gas. I also had a minor interior repair that was done with no problem. Ashley dropped me off at my office and picked me up once the work was done. I am looking forward to a long-term relationship with this dealer. More
