I was able to get good advice on the options and a clear understanding of benefits for each. During the wait period I was kept informed of the order status. We had a good review final order time. We did have a little mistake in communication but the dealership showed great leadership in owning it and made it right. That impressed me the most and gives me great confidence in recommending them to others. We were able to do most of the paperwork in advance so when I arrived, I was able to get on the road and enjoy the first 1600 miles on the way home. More

I couldn't be more pleased. Eric has always been very prompt in responding to email inquiries and provided answers to all the questions I had. I first purchased an almost new (300 miles) 2007 997 Turbo, sight unseen, from Eric when I was living in Colorado - my first experience with Eric and Park Place. Porsche Buying I recently determined it was time for me to have a sports car, and settled on Porsche for a variety of reasons. I initially thought the new 2014 911 I recently determined it was time for me to have a sports car, and settled on Porsche for a variety of reasons. I initially thought the new 2014 911 Targa was the one for me. I built the car online, with the help of my sales consultant, Wade Days. I informed Wade that while the Targa was being built, I'd like a car to drive for the waiting period (assumed 90-120 days). Wade recommended that I drive the Cayman as well as a 911 as I had never driven one. As a result of my 911 driving experience, I ended up changing my mind on the Targa and opted to order the 911 50th Anniversary edition. For my temporary car, Wade (with the help of Nolan) suggested that I buy a new Boxster or Cayman and trade it in when the 911 arrived. We cut a fair deal on both cars and the timing worked out wonderfully. Wade and Nolan were extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful in guiding my decision process. I am extremely pleased with my experience overall and I would highly recommend the dealership as well as Wade and Nolan. More

But such is not the case when it comes to Mr. Reynolds and the finance dept at Park Place Porsche, Dallas. I was astounded by the amount of courtesy, care, passion professionalism and sheer determination Scott showed me and my wife during our purchase. We had been dealing with a nightmare at my local Porsche dealership before I made a curiosity phone call to Dallas. Mr Reynolds answered the phone just as a happenstance and in 3 days he accomplished what my local dealer could not do in 3 months. If Mr Reynolds stays at Park Place Porsche he is guaranteed to have my business for the rest of my natural life. More
