I recently took my first Porsche in for its annual service. This was a minor service, so I decided to wait for the car. That was a mistake! With time on my hands, I was able to look at all the new service. This was a minor service, so I decided to wait for the car. That was a mistake! With time on my hands, I was able to look at all the new Porsche’s at the dealership and one in particular really caught my attention. While I was looking, Ricky Ramirez asked if I had any questions. He was very knowledgeable about the car, patient with my questions and not at all pushy. We kept talking cars and eventually that led to a test drive. My wife was with me. She wasn't too enthusiastic at first. After all, we were there to get a car serviced. But what could a test drive hurt? Well, 10 minutes later we were both interested in seeing if we could make a deal. The negotiation was handled very professionally and within a few minutes we agreed on a price.
