Daniel was a great salesperson, especially after coming directly from the BMW store down the street. Daniel didn't mind if the test drive went to/though downtown Dallas so I could drive on the tollway, on directly from the BMW store down the street. BMW couldn't allow that on Saturday. Daniel had cars in stock. BMW only had a few diesel X5s and suggested that everyone should order. Daniel had a Cayenne in stock that was almost exactly what I had "built" on line at the Porsce USA website (not the best automotive website, by the way) and he helped me get just the right equipment on my new Cayenne. He stayed late on Saturday to seal the deal and then took my calls and responded to my emails throughout the week that followed. He was patient and helpful; this was my best car-buying experience ever. More
