Kevin was incredibly responsive and completely in tune with what I was looking for. Within minutes I had a phone call back from him with regards to the vehicle I was interested in. A few hours later I was test driving and ultimately purchasing my first Porsche. There was no haggeling and no back and forth, his prices were some of the best around. He was honest, straight froward and able to give me the answers without hesitation. I gave Kevin my honest parameters and budget and he was able to meet my needs with a used vehicle, without even blinking an eye! He was able to give me a reasonable amount on my trade in and did not subject me to overt bait and switching. I spent very little time waiting for paperwork and was in my vehicle by that evening. He was able to make sure that all repairs were made in a timely fashion and even went out of his way to meet me to helf way between my house and the dealership in order to faciliate the exchange after it was repaired. I have to give him a lot of credit for ensuring that while my vehicle was being repaired I had an equally exciting loaner vehicle that was family friendly. Everytime I appeared, even with my children, he always was concerned about my happiness and comfort with my children in my chosen vehicle and my loaner. All around, I may have always been leary of car salesmen in the past, but Kevin was truly a refreshing departure from my preconcieved notions and someone I would happily work with again. Kudos to Kevin for taking his salesmanship to the next level and putting the customer first by going the extra mile to ensure 100% complete customer satisfaction! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a positive and stress free experience! More

I had been looking for a Toyota Sequoia (newer model with low miles but not brand new). After calling several dealers and arranging to see them, they sold them to out of state people that wired money without low miles but not brand new). This is disappointing considering some were about 2 hours from my home. I emailed Park Place Porsche about the Toyota Seqouia they had listed and Kevin called me back pretty soon afterwards. He told me it was still available and let me ask some questions about it. I explained to him that it was a little over an hour drive but we were leaving and I was serious and told him what other dealers had done. We got to the dealership and were greeted by a friendly receptionist that called for Kevin. Kevin came up and introduced himself and took us to see the vehicle. He asked if we had any questions and if we would like to take it for a drive. He took us out and it was a good area to "try" the vehicle out without a lot of traffic for the time of day. We (me and my husband) decided we loved it and wanted to go forward. We went to his office and I could not be happier how quickly everything happened (less than 2 1/2 hours). He was not pushy as some of the sales people I have dealt with. He was very considerate. He noticed an area that needed some attention on the front bumper that we did not notice and told me to call and set up a day to come in to have it fixed at my convenience. He was able to get us a great deal and great financing and did not go back and forth all day like I did with my last car. I loved that he (everyone else I dealt with too) treated me as if I were buying a brand new Porsche even though I wasn't. It speaks volumes that he would take his time to explain, go over, and maintain contact with a customer that was only spending a fraction of what most of their car buyers spend. He treated us very respectfully. The service follow up for the bumper was handled absolutely amazingly. I told them about another issue that had came up a day or so after I got the vehicle and they said no problem and said they would take care of it. They gave me a loaner car so I would not be sitting at the dealership all day on my day off instead of spending it with my kids. I really appreciate the time, effort, energy, and consideration that was put forth. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for ANY car to call Kevin. He is a great person to work with and not feel like you are being pressured or not being told the truth just to make the sale. It is not all about the sale, it is about building trust and relationships for future business and he works (and definitely) earns that trust. I have referred many people to him as I will continue to do and we be back when I am in the market for another vehicle! More
My Dad and I flew down to Dallas to pick up a 2008 Turbo I selected over the internet. From the moment I arrived at the dealership to the point I left for the drive back to Indiana the customer service was incredible. Daniel made us feel very welcome picking us up at the airport on arrival and then offering us refreshments and snacks on arrival at the dealership. He had the car cleaned fueled and ready for a test drive as soon as we arrived. After the test drive the process of completing the sale was straightforward with no issues and Patrick had all the paperwork ready and all of my questions had already been answered over email. It's rare to buy a car, especially at this price level and feel that you received a great deal but that was definitely the case. I would not hesitate to recommend Park Place Porsche, Daniel Lee and Patrick Huston to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned Porsche. More
I came in to look at a used Cayenne S on new years eve, and was greeted kindly at the front desk upon arriving. They had just gotten it in, and it was still in the garage because it had not been inspected by service yet. While walking to the car, Eric disclosed to me that the car had been in a minor accident in the past that required body work. I already knew this from looking up beforehand, but appreciated that that information was volunteered, even before I saw the car. When I did see the car, it looked to be in immaculate condition, but it did need a couple of minor electronic things repaired by the service department. We took the car for a test drive, and I knew that I wanted it, contingent on everything being repaired and the inspection checking out OK. Instead of being forced into the dealership to go sit down and get a deal done immediately, without even asking what I thought (Autonation), Eric applied no pressure at all to do so. I took another look around the car, and noticed a trim piece on the bumper that the previous owner had painted over to match the car. Without me even having to ask, Eric said that they could take care of replacing that for me. At this point I told him that I do like the vehicle, but I have certain terms set, that I am not willing to negotiate on. Eric did whatever he could to make this work, and we ended up coming to an agreement on price and terms that I was very happy with. Eric said that since it had not been fully inspected by the service department, and there were repairs that needed to be made, I would have the right to cancel the agreement if something was found that made me change my mind. They even said that they were going to put four new tires on, which was not even something that I had asked for. Eric was extremely knowledge about all of the Porsche models, throughout the history of the brand. Being a huge Porsche fan, I asked him countless questions regarding various models and years, and he knew the correct answer to all of them. He had every car on the lot and in the showroom memorized, inside and out. He was very knowledgeable in how the cars were built, what various options were available on particular model years, and what set one particular car apart from the rest on the lot. I am a little younger than the typical Porsche clientele, and much less affluent. Unfortunately, I've been treated differently due to this at other Porsche dealerships. In fact, I've been completely ignored until I have to go and get someone to tell them that I need help. From the moment I stepped in Park Place, I never got that feeling. I was treated the exact same way that everyone else was: GREAT! Although I recently moved to McKinney, this is the only Porsche dealership that I will be going to from now on. I recently drove all the way down to Park Place for a $29 accessory, and it was totally worth it. This is by far, the best car buying experience I have ever had, and Park Place has earned a customer for life. More
I normally buy my cars from individuals, however, the pricing was too good to pass up on our Panamera here, and it is even a Certified vehicle. We stopped in the dealership without an appointment around lunch time. Eric was one of the only salesmen working during lunch. He was very thorough but not high pressure. We had not intended to purchase our 2014 Panamera S that day, however, our experience with the dealership and with Eric was exceptional. We purchased our Porsche on the spot. Service was great - the best car buying experience we've ever had! Ask for Eric. More
