Do not trust Park Place Porsche. I allowed my car to Do not trust Park Place Porsche. I allowed my car to be repaired there after an accident. I specifically told the service contact (Antwon) and the insurance adjuster at the same time, that the convertible top had been left open for three days in the rain by the tow company. I told them to pay attention to the stereo and navigation system. Park Place returned the car to me with a broken stereo and navigation system, the driver door does not shut properly, and there was a blemish in the leather of the steering wheel. Then while attempting to fix the aforementioned problems, they damaged my steering wheel and returned the car with yet another problem. I brought it to their attention and they accused me of causing the damage. The Twin Turbo Conv. 911 in question gets driven maybe one day a week to take my daughter to school and then back home where it gets parked in its own garage. The car was in no one’s custody other than mine… I did not damage my steering wheel. It is obvious with close inspection that it was damaged by some hard sharp object due to a crease in the soothe surface. The damage was noticed after they had worked on the steering wheel in the area where the airbag was replaced. Yet, Paul Chadwick (Body Shop Mgr.) insisted that I was at fault and had damaged my steering wheel. I immediately went to the Park Place Porsche service area where I met with Jenny Drummund (super nice Service Mgr.). I ask the name of the Gen. Mgr. and to speak with him. I was told that it was Patrick Houston (Gen. Mgr.) and he was busy. I left my name and number at 10:30am on Tues. June 11, 2013, which was relayed to him as verified by Jenny. In the meantime, I made contact with my insurance adjuster. He emailed all the photos of the area of the steering wheel in question, that I allegedly marred and damaged after the stellar Park Place Porsche service repair. You can easily discern a mar / gouge on the steering wheel after the airbag repair. (photo {d56c3a57-1b7d-402c-8a57-5fe7f1e8d82f}.jpeg) The photo was taken previous to the car being delivered to me after the initial repair. I simply did not catch the additional mistake in Park Place Porsche repair quality. My attention was focused on my door not shutting correctly and the stereo and navigation system not working. It is fair and reasonable to believe that the steering wheel was damaged during the airbag repair. I called to verify before writing this that Jenny did indeed deliver the message to Patrick Houston. Jenny answered in the affirmative, for the second time, that she did deliver the message. Sorry to pester Jenny. As of close of business Thur. June 13, 13, I have not received a return call and my steering wheel goes on blemished and scraping my hand if I drive that car. I wrongly had the expectation of a higher standard in the treatment of my Porsche by Park Place Porsche dealership than that of my Toyota and Chevy dealers. The service is better at the Toyota and Chevy dealers I use for repair work on other cars our family own. I really expected more quality and professionalism from a Porsche dealer. Park Place Porsche has fallen down on the job on really mundane tasks that were stated in advance as well as after work. Anyone can make a mistake, but to wrongly blame the client (Ref. Photo pre-client delivery) and do a bad job, takes the fun out of Porsche ownership. Park Place Porsche did a bad job repairing my car. The fun of owning a Porsche has been blemished by Park Place Porsche. How can you trust the critical / structural part of the repair when they have such little regard in obvious areas of car repair. Save time and aggravation by doing business at a non-Park Place owned dealership. They pay lip service but do not seem to have integrity. More

The buying experience at PPP was totally the opposite of what I expected, instead of the typical PITA car deal, this was a nice easy going zero pressure buying experience. Jason was extremely helpful, pati what I expected, instead of the typical PITA car deal, this was a nice easy going zero pressure buying experience. Jason was extremely helpful, patience, knowledge, and professional, working with Jason was really nice. As for the car, it was an excellent find, nicely priced to the nationval price index, negotiation was painless. The truth speaks for itself, PPP pre-owned inventory is churning over quicker than any other Porsche dealershops with 300 miles radius of DFW. To sum up, i would buy another Porsche at PPP. Thanks Jason and Park Place Porsche. Sign, a happy 997 C2S owner. More

I have given 5 star in all areas because kevin went the extra mile with me and described every little defect over the phone with me and went over all original paperwork and made sure they had the correct extra mile with me and described every little defect over the phone with me and went over all original paperwork and made sure they had the correct paperwork for me, gave it a drive himself and gave me an honest evealuation and which he described it pretty much a new car and when I got there the car it was as he described and being a former PCA President I am very Pickie so It's nice to meet someone honest in the car business that tells you the good and bad just being honest about condition, we traveled 300 miles to come and get this car and I would do it again in a heart beat if kevin is helping me, James Crowne More
I am not the typical buyer. I review numerous dealers online and read their reviews before viewing the vehicles they offer. I completed the initial commitment with Kevin Shevlin online while I was on a online and read their reviews before viewing the vehicles they offer. I completed the initial commitment with Kevin Shevlin online while I was on a business trip in Florida. Upon returning from the trip, I visited the dealership to complete the deal. All of the employees at Park Place revealed professional presentation and personal concern for my satisfaction with the transaction during my visit. My subsequent visit to complete the additions to my vehicle was equally rewarding as the sales department stepped up to the plate and took care of a minor issue they felt should have been taken care of during the preparation of my Boxster. I will definitely be doing business with Park Place for all future transactions, even though another Porsche Dealer is considerably closer. Thanks to all of you at Park Place for making my wife and I feel at home. Kindest regards, Barry Goodson More
I called ahead of time to let the dealership know I was driving up from Austin to look at a used Audi on their lot (1 of 3 I intended to look at in the Dallas area). When I arrived (after having looked at driving up from Austin to look at a used Audi on their lot (1 of 3 I intended to look at in the Dallas area). When I arrived (after having looked at 1 of them already), Daniel (the salesperson I spoke to on the phone) had the car out and ready for me to test drive. The car was exactly as described and very clean, with no undisclosed issues. Daniel showed me the car fax without me having to ask for it, and brought over another salesperson who was familiar with Audis to answer some questions I had about the vehicle. It was the car I wanted, and I ended up paying a very reasonable price for it (it was already the lowest asking price of the 3 I intended to look at). I was there for ~2.5hrs between arriving and driving the car off the lot. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, courteous, and helpful, without being the least bit pushy. Daniel in particular was a pleasure to work with. The whole experience went about as well as it could possibly have. Bottom line is ... I'd buy another vehicle from Park Place Porsche in a heartbeat, should the need arise. More
