After getting through some slow moving traffic in downtown Dallas I got to open it up a bit on the highway back home. What an amazing car on the open road, it's bored well above the speed limit. Today I took it for a spin around town and am so happy I bought it. This car is what the 911 was meant to be. I appreciate you taking the time to sort out the wheels, I know it ended up being so much more of an ordeal than either of us expected. The fact that you noticed they weren't correct after being compromised by the wheel shop, then sourced a new set on premise, then had them touched upped cosmetically all in the same day went above & beyond. Further, considering it was your day off and you waited around with me until 6PM just to be sure it was right, yet still gave me an intro to the vehicles systems, and even suggested/offered to take a picture with the car and I in the car port (with sweet GT3 marquee in background that my wife loved by the way) - man I just can't thank you enough. I really enjoyed working with you and could not be more impressed with you and Park Place Porsche. Y'all are a class act and I will be looking forward to working together again in the future. More

Their performance as salesmen is only surpassed by the performance of the 911. I truly enjoy them as people and the way they have handled the business with my wife and I. I can be very indecisive when it comes to the myriad of options in Porsche vehicles. However, I was always given assistance or direction when asked, but never felt pressure when making choices. My experience with Park Place Porsche has exceeded my expectations, which for me, rarely happens. More

I must say I am pleased with my overall transaction for a 2013 911 convertible. Before I went to Park Place, I shopped online and visited another dealership. The initial pricing at Park Place was somewhat less than competitive. HOWEVER, because I had done my homework before I went to Park Place, I handed Neal Brown (sales consultant) a little slip of paper which indicated the amount for the trade in that I required, the amount of the discount off of the sticker price that I required as well the residual value and money factor. I also had some "conquest" money that was applicable. I advised Neal that I would close the transaction before I left the dealership that day if my requests were met. After a short time, Neal introduced me to Jason Putnam (new car sales manager) who agreed to my all of my requests even though they had yet to inspect my trade in (Cayman S). The formal inspection of my trade in came through with no issues. I will certainly go back to Park Place again and refer customers to Park Place. More
Kevin was fantastic. I called him from Austin on a used Porsche and true to his word, the car was in excellent shape. We came in close to closing time on a busy Saturday when Mindy Collins greeted us. I thought I wanted a Mercedes C-coupe or Porsche Cayman. My sweetie wanted me to get a 911, but I already had my fun with o Mindy Collins greeted us. I thought I wanted a Mercedes C-coupe or Porsche Cayman. My sweetie wanted me to get a 911, but I already had my fun with one I owned many, many years ago, which I bought from the original Park Place Porsche. Besides, air-cooled 911s rule, right? Mindy was about to prove me wrong. She graciously test drove us in three or more different cars (I lose count). All the while, I just couldn't get my mind off of a precious little Fiat 500 I had seen sitting all by its lonesome. After driving Porsches nearly $100k and more, with her vast knowledge and passion for her product, Mindy got me really pumped up about the new 911s..they're SO much more sleek and luxurious than my '95. Was she trying to up-sell me? Evidently not, because she gave me absolutely no attitude about my eventually wanting to test drive the Fiat which was a fraction of the price, despite all her work and it being three minutes to close. I ended up returning Monday to take the Fiat home with me and didn't even haggle because Mindy made the experience invaluable (ok, and also because the price was already fair). The car was spotless and ready to go, but Mindy insisted on making sure I was familiar with my new toy and gave me delivery treatment I'd expect if I had bought a $100k car. Not being trained on Fiats, she researched it for me on her day off. That speaks volumes. I got the red-carpet treatment again when I returned weeks later to get my plates. It was a hot, sweaty day and Mindy was wearing a suit, yet she diligently (the original screws did not fit and she had to hunt down correct ones) installed my plates for me, instead of just handing/mailing them to me like other dealers have, even when I bought expensive cars. Most people cringe at the whole car-buying experience because no one likes sales pressure. Couple that with a fancy place like Park Place, it can be downright intimidating. Thank goodness for people like Mindy who, despite being expertly trained on fine cars and working the crazy hours, puts the customer first, not the hustle. More
