No matter what question, thought etc., came to mind & really no matter what time, Jason would be right on it with responses that made me feel extremely comfortable especially being I found my Range Rover Sport from there ON their EBAY Store!!! I was disappointed to hear that your firm had sold the '11 Porsche Cayman S (upgrade from my '08 Base) that I was interested in - but I want to communicate to you what an excellent representative you ha '11 Porsche Cayman S (upgrade from my '08 Base) that I was interested in - but I want to communicate to you what an excellent representative you have in Kevin Shevlin. I am 68, retired, and was CEO/founder of a technology firm that performed 7-figure, negotiated contracts for Fortune 500 companies. I was also an upper level executive with two Fortune 500 companies. My standards in employees is extremely high. You could not ask for a better representative for Park Place than Kevin. He gets an A+ /5 stars in every category: responsiveness, attention to detail, timeliness, warmth in communications, professionalism. From experience, I know that Porsche standards for its representatives is very bigh. I have talked with many different dealers looking for my next Cayman (I never buy new - only low mileage, pre-owned, Certified), and I have to put Kevin at the top of the list of all Porsche representatives I've dealt with. That includes the three Virginia dealers with which I have had personal, face-to-face dealings. I had a lot of concerns with the 51k mileage on the '11 CS that you had, but Kevin went above and beyond to get me all the information to alleviate my concerns. I was close to making an offer on the car. Even though I am not (yet) a Park Place client, I will be glad to be a recommendation source for both Kevin and Park Place as to the highest level of service.
