It is also quite obvious the staff all possess a passion for Porsche, even in the way options were thoroughly explained and honestly recommended to me always taking my needs into consideration. From the time I went to look at a Panamera, to the paperwork purchase portion, and final delivery driving it off the lot, the entire process couldn't have gone more smoothly. The transaction was the smoothest of any car I bought. After looking for 3 months I knew the Porsche I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. The car was ready and in immaculate condition, just as he described it. Jeff answered all my questions on the history of the vehicle and had all the reports and info I requested ready. After a great test drive, I bought the car and finished the paperwork in record time. Overall a great experience. More

During the negotiations for a car, via the internet, I specifically asked the availability of a car. After being assured it was available, obtaining financing, obtaining insurance, making an appt to purch specifically asked the availability of a car. It seems this is a standard practice. After speaking with Mr. Houston, the GM he paraphrased, while customer service is important, selling cars is the "bottom line" it's "what we do". So, while that model might serve to make a quick sale, I don't know that it's the best model to take care of customers, and more important to foster repeat business. Thus I cannot recommend Park Place Porsche. I believe Mr. Schnitzer, and the team he has put together have a short sighted approach to customer service. Thus, unless you're dealing locally, steer clear of internet sales. I rate this dealership very poor in this regard. More
