I was in the market for a very specific car and was having trouble finding any in Utah. I looked around and came across a gem at Prestige Imports in Colorado. I wasn't really excited about getting the car transported or not being able to personally see it myself, but I had to at least call on it. I called into the dealer and asked for a used car rep that could help me. I was directed to Sean Farshchi, we began chatting about the car and I immediately felt alot more comfortable; he did not seem like your typical car salesman. Sean was very friendly and was not pushy in any way. He listened to my situation and immediately explained a solution and what they could do for me. I was a little nervous not being able to actually see the car before buying but Sean offered to take a personalized video going over the entire car. This made me a lot more confident in the condition of the car. I couldn’t believe the level of customer service. It was great! With the most complex part out of the way I wanted to discuss the price. I gave Sean what I thought was a fair price for both of us, he discussed it with his Finance guy and came right back and agreed to my price without haggling or any other dealer tricks that can burn you out. I was shocked that it was so simple. Over the next few days Sean was very thorough and knowledgeable and above all just a genuinely nice guy that I trusted would help me out and keep his word. Financing was a little difficult with my credit union due to me already in the process of selling my car because it had not sold yet. Sean offered me many solutions to my problem and eventually I financed through them which the rate was very competitive and I was able to get the terms I wanted. After receiving all the documents in the mail and signing them I was informed that there was a crack in the windshield which Sean immediately offered to get replaced. The car was transported to me very quickly and the whole process was a lot easier than I thought. The car arrived just how I imagined, I drove it and fell in love with the car instantly. I am very happy with my decision and had no idea buying a car out of state could be so easy and not stressful at all. This has by far been the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I would recommend them and more so Sean to anyone looking to buy a car. More

I have to admit that I was very nervous to buy a car, sight unseen, from a dealer in Colorado when I live in California. Prestige offered the car I wanted, but the thought of wiring over $100K to a comp sight unseen, from a dealer in Colorado when I live in California. Prestige offered the car I wanted, but the thought of wiring over $100K to a company I’d never visited made me nervous. I found listings for their car on eBay, Autotrader and on the Prestige website. I reviewed the Carfax and searched Google for the VIN to find out as much information as I could about the car. I researched the dealer for reviews, D&B and even Google street-view. There was no way I was going to wire this kind of money to a private individual I had never met, but I felt comfortable knowing that Prestige Audi had been in business over 40 years and of all the information I found out about the dealer, nothing seemed out of place. I finally contacted Sean Farshchi, their internet sales manager, via email and asked a lot of questions about the car’s history. He was responsive and exact in his emails, simply answering my questions but not trying to push me to make a decision. I had been watching the market on this car for several weeks and had a good idea what a fair price for the car was, a price where the dealer would make a profit and I would feel I was paying a reasonable price. I decided to make a proposal via email, which we negotiated and then settled on a price. I think the best thing about dealing with Prestige Audi and Sean in particular is that he is quick to respond, accurate in his emails and not pushy. He was very helpful, explaining the remote purchase process and shipping options. I then received a Fedex with detailed closing papers and payment options, which I signed and sent back right away. I was a little bit nervous that they might sell the car to someone else while the paperwork took a few days to go back and forth, but Sean said he would not and he lived up to his word. Shipping was arranged with a company that Sean recommended. I have to say that Sean was very professional and a pleasure to deal with and I would, without hesitation, recommend purchasing from him and Prestige even if you don’t have the opportunity to go and see the dealer and car you are getting. I am completely satisfied with this transaction. And I love the car (an Audi R8 Spyder). More

I truly cannot say enough positive about my experiences when I have had to bring my Audi in. From the pleasant and bubbly(not in a bad way) interaction with personnel for scheduling service to the personal interaction with the staff when I am at the dealership. In particular, Rob Ellison really steps up to the plate, and then some, to ensure that I and my car are taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. He is very professional and knowledgeable yet personable and friendly. You can tell he cares about the customer and takes pride in doing a good job. I just purchased a new 2012 Audi A7 from Prestige Imports and had an outstanding experience. Scott West was so easy to work with and it began several months ago when my parents purchased a new Audi Q5 from and had an outstanding experience. Scott West was so easy to work with and it began several months ago when my parents purchased a new Audi Q5 from Scott. Scott was fantastic with my parents and made them feel so comfortable - that meant a lot to me. I accompanied them on their test drive of the Q5 and the minute my mom got behind the wheel - the car was sold. Scott was very helpful in teaching her about the controls and how to handle the car - without any pressure. That experience brought me back to Prestige about 8 months later to work with Scott on a new Audi for me. My wife and I currently own a BMW X-5, but the new Audi's and the previous experience with Scott brought us to Prestige. Again, Scott made it so easy for me. I test drove an A5 and an A7 and he really helped me understand the pros and cons for each vehicle. I've recently test driven BMW's here in Denver too and while they make nice cars - I just don't get Scott's kind of outstanding service from the BMW place. I should also mention that my nephew is looking to get a pre-owned Audi as he finishes his last year at Duke University. My sister was also very impressed with how Scott has helped us all and will be working with him to get an A4 later this year. Finally, my wife will be replacing her X-5 at some point in the next year or tow and has her eye on a Q7. It will come as no surprise that we will be working with Scott again.
