But when I asked if something could have happened during the recall service, the car wash, or while moving and parking the vehicle, Sales Manager acted as if the dealership operated inside a force field where nothing can ever go wrong. Customer Service was lost and so was a loyal customer as he refused to work with me and take come responsibility as the car was under the dealerships care and they passed the blame responsibility to me and said, "you have insurance, file a claim.". I am currently working on filing formal complaints and reporting this incident to BRA as the dealership took zero responsibility of the damage and refused to provide the GMs contact info. The worse dealership experience ever. More

10-day wait from booking an appointment using the FJ online booking tool to actual day of appointment.
