This lukewarm reception foreshadowed the disappointing journey that followed the purchase of my vehicle, which turned out to be fraught with issues. Regrettably, the car I bought from Gold Coast Porsche could only be described as a lemon. Within the first six months, it required repairs on 12 separate occasions, a fact that speaks volumes about the quality of vehicles being sold at this dealership. Moreover, the ordeal revealed a concerning strategy presumably endorsed by Porsche North America to avoid a buyback, a tactic that places undue strain and inconvenience on the customer. The post-sale service was profoundly unsatisfactory. The dealership's communication was woefully inadequate, leaving me in the dark about the repair processes and timelines. One repair, which should have been simple, inexplicably took a whole month to address. This inefficiency felt like a deliberate act of retaliation. In a particularly disheartening turn of events, after expressing my dissatisfaction, the dealership attempted to placate me with a free oil change in exchange for silencing my negative review. This approach to handling criticism not only lacks integrity but also underscores a preference for superficial remedies over substantive improvements in customer service and vehicle reliability. Given these experiences, I must advise potential buyers to steer clear of Gold Coast Porsche. Dropped off my car for a diagnosis to figure out what the problem is. Four days into leaving vehicle, I found out that they haven’t even touched it, or looked at it, the service advisor and the managers can problem is. I am having the worse experience getting my car fixed here. I gave my car about one month ago and no body knows so far what is status of my car. I was transferred to supervisor many times, I left massage with no return phone call from him. On two or three occasion I was able to locate the person dealing with my car and he told me he would call beck in two minutes but he never did. I am never going to go back to them and advise you not to do so too. More

I Went for an oil change, I checked the oil level and with my greatest disappointment I noticed that the oil level was Just by the minimum bar. That means they replaced at most 2 quarts of motor oil . After 3 phone calls, finally they told me to bring the car back and they would take care . Thank you for nothing ! NO following up email, NO formal apology for all my troubles ... JUST a mere I’m sorry! Ps: I’ve noticed a lot of changes at the service department , unfortunately for the dealership , very poor , unprofessional , cold and unpleasant replacement of the employees. From a businessman to another I suggest to resend them to the training school . More
