She made is so simple as was so sweet my wife and I couldn’t wait for our appointment to put a face with this voice. We came in she was just as beautiful in persona as on the phone great style and had neat Gucci shoes on Great addition to the Team Porsche Gold Coast!! She’s a Gem to the Team We will be back More
Deeply unpleasant experience. Had my car brought over for some service and on the way there was some dirty water that got all over it. When the car arrived I asked they they clean it off since the dirty wate some service and on the way there was some dirty water that got all over it. When the car arrived I asked they they clean it off since the dirty water was from a construction site and I didn’t want it to dry on the exposed carbon roof and hood. When I picked up the car there had been no attempt made. Not the way I expect myself or my cars to be treated. More
BUYER BEWARE: WORST "service" EVER: They charge 300 more for a BASIC oil change than Freeport, ZERO Shame (this was my LAST straw). Months earlier I went in to change a tire and it became a 5 day ordeal as they somehow managed to disconnect my bluetooth while changing my tire. I will NEVER go back and neither should you. If Zero stars were an option, I would give them that. More

Caution: service leadership staff ruthless I had a problem with my new Cayenne S tire valve on LIE and Porsche directed me to Gold Coast. Despite the lavish welcome it rapidly became clear that I had a problem with my new Cayenne S tire valve on LIE and Porsche directed me to Gold Coast. Despite the lavish welcome it rapidly became clear that my "Advisor", Susan Chernick, was primarily motivated to sell me things. First she said that I must have a new tire. When I protested that the tire and valve are not connected, she then claimed that the valve was non-standard and therefore needed to pay for a new one rather than replacement under warranty. When I showed her my wheel and tire insurance she walked away then came back and said the insurance company couldn't be reached. At that point I asked for my car back and she walked off in a huff. I drove to another dealership where it took them 20 mins to fix me up. Be sure you really need the extras. More

Called the service place about 10 times, no answer. Left messages, no answer. If they consider themselves "high-end" Porsche dealers, they should possess some "high-end" customer service. Before I brought my car in for service I inquired if they Before I brought my car in for service I inquired if they had a problem servicing a car from another dealer and they said absolutely no problem and w Before I brought my car in for service I inquired if they had a problem servicing a car from another dealer and they said absolutely no problem and would love to have my business. I brought the car in for an oil change plus 3 warranty issues. The oil change was close to $400, no other service associated, just the first oil change on a new car. Seemed a bit expense but i would have been ok if they did a good job taking care of all of my warranty issues. However, Only one warranty problem was fixed and the new part failed within 6 month again. When I called back to schedule an appointment, Luciano, the service manager, accused me and the dealer that sold me the car of abusing the car and that might be the cause. He was condescending and really adamant about this ridiculous story of other dealers selling "second rate" "new cars". It was insulting and inappropriate and I was shocked that this is the service manager from a Porsche dealer. Needless to say I chose not to go back given his attitude. I took the longer drive to another dealer and they easily found a Porsche bulletin stating a bad design of the part that was used to repair my car and ordered the newly designed part to install in my vehicle. The other 2 warranty problems were also corrected in the same visit! I was also offered a loaner vehicle during my visit while Roslyn only provided loaners if brought the car from them. The experience was night and day and there is really no excuse for the poor service and behavior of Roslyn and their service manager. More

The service manager is extremely friendly and good-natured. However, the place looks kind of disorganized. They kept my car for four days for less than four hours of work. During that time, I good-natured. However, the place looks kind of disorganized. They kept my car for four days for less than four hours of work. During that time, I had a crappy Chevy Malibu as a loaner. I guess the Cayennes are reserved for the customers who buy more expensive cars. When I picked up my car, the place was a zoo, with people running all over the place and customers waiting around in various locations. I've been waiting more than five weeks for them to call me about an ordered part that has to be replaced under warranty. This was not a great experience. I didn't buy at this dealership because the salesman kept me waiting for almost an hour for a test drive appointment I made a week in advance. I took my business and checkbook elsewhere. I'll probably do the same with the service dept. More
