Eliminated a speaker rattle while swapping tires. Ethan typically helps me, but I have has Lou as well. These guys make it fun to visit. By the way, I almost always see my sales rep Karl, and I can't help but smile when we chat. I can't speak say that they are better or worse than any other Porsche service departments, but I can say that Ethan is outstanding. By the way, in response to a question below, I had to answer that Ethan was most interested is my needs. That was a difficult question to answer because both guys are engaged and helpful. Concerning the purchase, I picked the car before going to the dealership, and Karl made everything work smoothly. I don't want for that response to suggest that Karl was uncaring or disinterested in my wants concerning the purchase of a 911. Give them both raises. Thanks. More
