Very Dirty Service Inside: black, greasy footprints on the floor mats, black fingerprints on the headliner and doors. Outside: oil on all fenders. Many specks of something all over the top side, like from an overspray of clear coat or paint protector. Washing the car didn't remove the specks, which have hardened into something like a clear paint or plastic. No resolution or follow-up on the main service issue, which is safety related.
