Although I continue to feel that Porsche service is too expensive, the work done was acceptable and my contacts at the dealership (Mr. Rogers) were bo Although I continue to feel that Porsche service is too expensive, the work done was acceptable and my contacts at the dealership (Mr. Rogers) were both friendly and helpful. Delivery of my vehicle was deplorable as it looked much better before service than after. The work done by the 'lot person' was poor - wash swirl marks, dirty/spotty windows (outside), and non-adjusted mirrors and clock. Ensures that next time I have service done there I will specifically request that the auto not be washed after service. Very poor. I do not wish a call back on my comments. More

I have had only great service experiences. My last visit, to install front-end protection on my GT3, I got stuck in traffice returning to pick up my car. Brian called at six (closing time). I said that I'd be late and he said "no problem I'll wait for you." A great experience. More

oil change. I went in for an oil change. I was told I would be out in 1 1/2 hours. I was asked by the person taking Brian's place (he was on vacation) that there I went in for an oil change. I was told I would be out in 1 1/2 hours. I was asked by the person taking Brian's place (he was on vacation) that there was a recall...well it really sounded like an update of the computer system. Did he want me to do it then. I said yes if I was out by noon. At 12:10 I asked when the car would be ready as I had an appointment downtown at 1:00 pm. He said momentarily. At 12:30 I said I had to leave....The car was brought to me SOAKING WET....I said to the gentleman who brought the car that that was not acceptable and it had to be dried off. He was very pleasant, went to get the appropriate materials and dried the car. The man taking Brian's place was very nice but I was annoyed at the length of time I had to wait and then get a soaking wet car. Otherwise life is grand and I ADORE my car. More
