I came in for service with the intention on waiting in the service area until my car was complete. The service manager Brian offered my husband and I a Lyft home due to the wait time would be longer than the service area until my car was complete. The service manager Brian offered my husband and I a Lyft home due to the wait time would be longer than expected and they prefer not to have customers waiting in the lobby, due to the epidemic. While the driver was very nice, the car inside was filthy. I would have given more stars, but I am disappointed in Porsche for not informing there customers there guidelines for waiting during service . We could have provided our own transportation versus riding in a Lyft or offered a loaner from the dealership. I forgot to mention the service manager was pleasant and my car is running good so far. More
