THIS PORSCHE DEALERSHIP HAS HAD MY PORSCHE 911 GTS CONVERTIBLE LAST 6 OF THE VIN 245057 FOR MORE THAN TWO WEEKS and I have not gotten ANY updates on THIS PORSCHE DEALERSHIP HAS HAD MY PORSCHE 911 GTS CONVERTIBLE LAST 6 OF THE VIN 245057 FOR MORE THAN TWO WEEKS and I have not gotten ANY updates on my car whatsoever. Everytime I call, no one is available and they say they’ll give me a call back but they never do. Today I call to speak to Vincent which took my car in and Leslie answered the phone and gave me rude attitude and told me that he’s not available, WHEN are they available? Then she also told me Rick is not available and then hung the phone up in my face. I have never felt less respected as a customer. Do they like to have my car sit there as decoration? This is ridiculous. If I could give 0 stars I would. Trust me don’t go here for anything Porsche related. Vincent, Rick, and Leslie have all been super rude and disrespectful. I called again and Vincent randomly answered when they just said he’s not available and he hung up again in our face. How would you feel if your 160k car has been sitting at the dealership for 2 weeks and have no other car to be driving. Are you kidding me? No one has been giving us any updates either. SERIOUSLY? This is not a game. It has BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty and they have not done anything to solve any of my concerns. Don’t go here. Btw, they didn’t even start to check the car too. It takes a lot for me to write a one star review, I never do this but this experience with Porsche Irvine deserves not only 1 star, it deserves 0 stars and even negative stars. *Update I picked my car up and they can’t even do an oil change correctly look at this picture. This is unacceptable especially for a Porsche dealership. I paid 700$ for this??? Seriously!! And the service manager told me to “take that xxxx review off google or I’m gonna write a bad review for your business too”. Unbelievable. I thought I was at a Porsche service center, not a trash service center. I have even bought a car from them before too. I was happy with them but after this experience I will never be bringing my car back here again for anything. More

This is an autonation store that charges astronomical labor for an oil change. I went in this morning, after making an appointment, and was surprised to find out an oil change is $650!!!! They are chargi labor for an oil change. I went in this morning, after making an appointment, and was surprised to find out an oil change is $650!!!! They are charging $400 in labor for an oil change! Highway robbery! I would suggest you steer clear of this dealership unless you like getting essentially stolen from for a oil change. This is a shame to the Porsche Brand and to Autonation specifically. Shame!!!! More

Traded in a 991 Cabriolet for a newer Macan at Porsche Irvine. The staff were great and answered all my questions immediately.
