Took my Macan S for 40,000 service at 37,800. We did recommended fluid changes. Found out oil leak due to problem with timing belt bolt. I recently bought a new Cayenne Turbo S from Porsche Irvine and shortly thereafter brought my wife's Turbo in for a recall warranty replacement. The dealer scheduled the install and failed to install th Irvine and shortly thereafter brought my wife's Turbo in for a recall warranty replacement. The dealer scheduled the install and failed to install the new part. As a result the part failed and caused serious damage to my wife's car. The dealer is blaming it on us and expects us to shell out thousands to replace the part which caused the damage. Not replacing this part could cause a fire and they still drug their heels and didn't install it. I cannot warn you enough about this dealer, the sales department is great but the service department is fraudulent! Buyer be ware!! More

On a quiet Thursday afternoon around 2:00 pm, I entered the dealership but was not greeted by any of the salespeople present. Eventually, I had to approach the manager, who appeared equally surprised by the lack of attention from the sales team. When I asked about the availability of Hybrid/E-Cayenne, the manager informed me that such a model did not exist, which was contradictory to the information displayed on their website. This experience gave me the impression that the dealership wasn't interested in making a sale, as they showed no initiative in assisting me or having sufficient knowledge about their inventory. Overall, my experience at the dealership was disappointing, and I hope they take the necessary steps to improve their customer service and communication in the future. More
