I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Porsche Irvine, especially my Service Advisor Renato Rodrigues, for the outstanding service provided from December 26–30, 2025. I brought my Tayca Porsche Irvine, especially my Service Advisor Renato Rodrigues, for the outstanding service provided from December 26–30, 2025. I brought my Taycan in due to white smoke coming from underneath near the charging port. The concern was thoroughly inspected and clearly explained, and I was reassured that the vehicle was operating normally. The level of professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail throughout the process gave me great peace of mind. Throughout the service period, I also received daily text updates and timely communication from Renato, which I truly appreciated. Being kept informed at every stage made the entire experience stress-free. In addition, the team completed the Taycan PSMP 60-mile service, brake fluid exchange, replacement of the pollen air filter and tire sealant, front and rear brake pad replacement, fluid top-offs, lubrication of doors and seals, debris cleaning from the front bumper and underbody, service interval reset, full vehicle inspection, high-voltage battery state-of-health check, and a final road test. Everything was handled efficiently and with excellent care. I would also like to give a special shout-out to Francis Manuel, the Certified Technician who worked on my vehicle. Thank you for the detailed videos uploaded during the service—this level of transparency and craftsmanship is truly appreciated. I’m also very grateful for the loaner vehicle, “The Macan”- it made a big difference. I’m especially glad that I have the Porsche protection plan for my Taycan which made this entire service experience even more reassuring and valuable. To top it all off, my car was returned fully charged and with a complimentary car wash, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. Most of all, I truly appreciated the generosity and customer-first approach. I honestly did not expect that there would be no charge for the service, and that gesture speaks volumes about Porsche Irvine’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you again to Renato, Francis, and the entire Porsche Irvine service team for going above and beyond.
