I took my car in for a recall. James was my service advisor. He was able to provide me with a loner and get me on my way within 30 minutes. Once I received my car back, my car was James was my service advisor. He was able to provide me with a loner and get me on my way within 30 minutes. Once I received my car back, my car was dirty from the night before due to the dust from the outside. The dealer went ahead and had my car cleaned once more. I really appreciated that extra level of service. I have to say that it was one of the best experiences I have had at a service center. More
