I took my Panamera for a minor service on Wednesday. I was told it will be done by end of day same day. Part they ordered was wrong and they had to reorder. It finally arrived on Friday and I was told m I was told it will be done by end of day same day. Part they ordered was wrong and they had to reorder. It finally arrived on Friday and I was told my car will be ready before end of same day. After arriving to dealership and doing the final paperwork, they could not find my car!!!!!!!!! I personally looked for my car in the entire dealership and found my car but it did not have my customized license plates. Apparently, someone had thought this is a traded car and removed my customized license plates and frames and put it up for sale! I was lucky I was able to find the actual license plates but they could not find my license plate frames. It was a very very unpleasant experience. More
