Understanding the shortage of service technicians now, it did take 1.5 months to get the appointment, with a loaner car. Once I arrived, the staff was quick to attend to me and get me into the Porsche loaner did take 1.5 months to get the appointment, with a loaner car. Once I arrived, the staff was quick to attend to me and get me into the Porsche loaner. The tech was struggling to find the problem so the shop manager tested and confirmed my diagnosis. The problem was resolved the next day. Natasha was good at keeping me up to date and was very polite. One little issue was the car was returned with a blown hood strut, that I had to replace myself.
