These days with car shortages and dealer markups being the norm, Dave worked hard to get me two new cars, a 992 S and a Cayenne with no markups. I understand that many models, especially lower volume cars, like the GTS, GT3 and GT4 RS, will require waiting longer than normal, but I appreciate the frank info I have received while I patiently wait my turn. I know Dave will come through for me as he always has! By the way, the Service team has also been excellent the few times I needed them, including locating hard to find winter wheels and tires for our new cars this year. More

I signed a purchase agreement and left a deposit of $1500 to buy a Cayman pending completion of a recall back in April. So now I'm out of a car that I was promised and $1500 deposit. More

Car was advertised as CPO - written report indicated no abnormal noises during road test. Purchased car and upon receipt of car we identified and reported a loud and abnormal noise from day one. Spent a day off work to diagnose problem and informed dealer of issue. Dealer promised fix and it has been over 40 days without fix. Also, temp tags expired on June 9. Notified dealership on June 4 to expedite as tags and registration never received. Dealer replied back on June 15 stating they will put a request to expedite. Still have yet to received tags - In New Jersey unregistered vehicles are ticketed and towed. We have spent a considerable amount of money on this purchase and have not been able to enjoy the vehicle and missed days of work due to these unresolved issues. More
