From reception to service, everyone very helpful and accommodating. Simon has been my Service Advisor for more than a year now and not enough words to share on his exceptionalism. The one major problem accommodating. Simon has been my Service Advisor for more than a year now and not enough words to share on his exceptionalism. The one major problem was Porsche Roadside Assistance. Not the dealership fault at all. I had to call Roadside 4 times and they dispatched 4 tow trucks over an entire day, finally getting me towed after 9 hours because the tow companies showed up with the wrong equipment. Thankfully after that nightmare, Porsche of Newport Beach took care of me, got the car repaired and I am back to normal. More
