I had multiple issues with my service. Dealership was responsive and heard my concerns. Service writer did a good job. Even routine servicing requires overnight of your car. My service advisor was Alexander Hamil and he was a huge improvement to the advisor l worked with when my new Cayman was just two days old, an experience that bothers me to this day.
