Dealership was wonderful to work with but Melanie lacked in customer service. She seemed irritated by my questions and was not knowledgeable in the products. Everything felt very scripted. This tends to be in customer service. She seemed irritated by my questions and was not knowledgeable in the products. Everything felt very scripted. This tends to be a normal thing in this area though. Mostly when the service provider doesn't even own the type of cars they are presenting. Other staff was on top of everything and I did get what I needed out of the dealership, just wish it was smoother when it came to the customer side. More
