I would give 0 stars but nobody reads those reviews. I drove down from Dallas to look at a used BMW. Everything was going well and eventually we eventually agreed on the price and I declined a couple it I drove down from Dallas to look at a used BMW. Some scammy paint coating protection (for a used car???) and an alarm system. I was rushed through the paperwork because I'd been at the dealership for like 7 hours and I wanted to get back home at a reasonable hour. Then when going back through the paperwork at home I discovered the error. I contacted the sales person to find out what was going on and I was ghosted. I contacted the the manager and sales manager and heard nothing from them either. My advice, find another dealer. Also be aware that another group, Indigo Auto group, who sold me the car works out of the same building. Not sure how they're related to the Porsche dealer but either way seems like a bad idea for Porsche dealer to allow a sleezy group Like Indigo to operate out of their space. My advice, find another dealer. More
