Our service advisor at Porsche North Houston is Lani Roy, and we received the highest level of customer service from her at our most recent Cayenne service appointment. What really stands out is the effort and we received the highest level of customer service from her at our most recent Cayenne service appointment. What really stands out is the effort she put forth to make sure our experience was an efficient, effortless, and exceptionally positive one. From the beginning, Lani went out of her way to exceed our expectations. As we are actively thinking of getting a new Taycan for our next Porsche purchase, Lani was able to get us a Taycan loaner to help us make a better informed decision. Throughout the entire service process, Lani was in close contact and kept us up to date on the progress of our vehicle inspection and repairs. When we found out that our relatively new Cayenne would need a new battery after only being driven 5300 miles in the last 2 years, she took a great deal of time to explain why this happened and why we would need a trickle charger to prevent this from happening in the future. Lani even comped the cost of the trickle charger, since we explained that we were not well informed about the potential consequences of not driving our Cayenne regularly, despite inquiring specially about this at the time of purchase. We really appreciated this generous gesture from Lani. It certainly went a long way in restoring our trust in the dealership. Once we came back to pick up our Cayenne, Lani spent a great deal of time showing us how to properly use the trickle charger. We never felt rushed, despite the late hour extending into the early evening. Her honesty, integrity, and genuine commitment to service really elevated the customer experience for us, and it has been a pleasure working with Lani. Our only disappointment is that she will no longer be providing service at the Porsche North Houston location, having recently transferred to Sugar Land. More
