My service advisor, Jon, went above and beyond. North Houston Porsche identified a problem that turned out to be a warranty issue due to a faulty installation of my windshield by my insurance comp North Houston Porsche identified a problem that turned out to be a warranty issue due to a faulty installation of my windshield by my insurance company provider. Despite the fact that Porsche would not be providing the rework, he and the dealership jumped through hoops to ensure that I was able to demonstrate the issue to the third party provider. I was out of the country and my car was sitting at the dealership and they worked hard to ensure that the car could be delivered to the third party service provider so that the work could proceed efficiently. Everything about the service I received from the Jon and the dealership was top notch. More
