Visit was for annual service plus dent, tint and wheel repair. Services were completed as promised but one of the security lug nuts was not reinstalled and apparently is lost. Service manager promised t repair. Services were completed as promised but one of the security lug nuts was not reinstalled and apparently is lost. Service manager promised to replace the security lug nuts but this remains an open issue. More
