We deal with Jacob Wilmott and he totally takes care of us. He’s a joy to deal with. Not what you think a car salesman would be. We traded in our Lexus for a Cayenne. Dealership does whatever it takes to take good care of their customers. Jay in Service is “My Service Manager.” Since he knows that I will probably purchase a new car this year, he gave me good advice a their customers. Jay in Service is “My Service Manager.” Since he knows that I will probably purchase a new car this year, he gave me good advice and service reports that helped me keep my Cayenne in good driving condition while not wasting money on things that we’re not critical. He also reviewed with me a good report that gave a status of systems in the car that will need service in the future. He is always a really attentive advisor. I also spent time with Jorge in sales who answered questions for me about my next purchase. He helped me build a new vehicle with my desired options, so I could see the total price and lead time for ordering a new car. More
