Lela was great! When I showed her the three cars I found online, without asking, she immediately left and brought all three to the front so I could literally do a side-by-side comparison. It took two visits to have problem fixed. Unacceptable. The car was delivered dirty, with bird droppings on the paint, and a small deep scratch in the back. Not acceptable either.
