On the day of servicing, car dropped off and a nice loaner was kindly provided. Work done in 24 hours just in time for my trip. Through the duration, I was constantly informed the status and timing. Work done beautifully, all the symptoms/problems appeared to have been fixed, including a major mechanical job (likely transfer case replacement), all under warranty.
