I was very disappointed to learn that Juan left North while my vehicle was in for a somewhat involved repair. He was phenomenal, and I only found this rating page because I am attempting to find whether while my vehicle was in for a somewhat involved repair. He was phenomenal, and I only found this rating page because I am attempting to find whether he landed at another Houston dealer. Not knowing the circumstances, the handoff from Juan to my replacement SA could’ve been handled more smoothly by North. It took 20 minutes to pull up my car when I indicated that I was in an extreme rush. I subsequently had to credit my next appointment/client $100 for the wait time. Very atypical of my experience with Juan + North. I think Juan was the special sauce. More

I was disappointed that my service advisor is no longer there, but the person who took over didn't introduce himself. I don't know his name. They didn't say you can now contact me if you need other assista there, but the person who took over didn't introduce himself. I don't know his name. They didn't say you can now contact me if you need other assistance as Juan is now longer here. In addition my washer fluid was empty and it wasn't filled. I've never gone to a service and not had the something checked or done if a light was one. And I think filling the washer fluid is something that is not a large ask More

I’ve had several issues with my truck. I’m frustrated. I got my breaks done and they are still super loud it’s super embarrassing , I brought it back and they are still loud and now some I’m frustrated. Loved Porsche up to this point. My car is a 2019 and I expect it to run like a luxury vehicle and it’s not. Kaylee has been very accommodating, although I like riding in the newer vehicle I would love to ride in my own and be able to use all the features I’ve payed for . More
