My service advisor, Kayle Slovak listened to my requirements and she made sure my needs were met. The work was done efficiently which I appreciated. BTW, my previous service advisor was Haider Jaffar and he was superb. I was happy that he was promoted but also had some trepidation about a new advisor. Kayle was just as thorough and helpful as Haider had been. While I was at the dealer, I also had a chat with Lela Krunic in the Sales Department. I placed an order with her for a new Macan Turbo EV which should be delivered within the next month. She has always made time to answer my questions and follow up as needed. The Macan will be the fourth new Porsche that I have purchased but the first from Porsche North Houston. It has by far been the best sales and service dealer experience I have had across the three dealers I have worked with. More
