When I got there for my 9:30 appointment 5 minutes late I was asked to sit and wait. At 10:10 I asked where my guy was and then was helped right away. It was a 4 year service which of course is expensive, an was asked to sit and wait. At 10:10 I asked where my guy was and then was helped right away. It was a 4 year service which of course is expensive, and the service personnel explained what was entailed so I could appreciate the cost which was fine. I was offered food and coffee. When leaving the service lane gentleman took extra time to get a yellow stain off the paint. Except for the original wait the overall experience was great. More

Porsche North Houston is a quality establishment with professional staff throughout. Having dealt with this organization for many years I have always felt welcomed and that suitable concern was displaye professional staff throughout. In all these years the only "deficiency" I have encountered was during my latest visit where the wheels of the vehicle were not properly cleaned.
