Federico was amazing and we had a 10/10 experience with him. Very quick to negotiate and keep us invested in the decision to buy our Porsche Macan. We went to this same dealership 2 weeks previously and worked with Jennie, who low balled us on our trade in, was not helpful at all with negotiating, and never followed up via text or phone call. I'm thankful we went back and worked with Federico because it was a completely 180 degree difference and redeemed our feelings towards and experience with the dealership! More
