I never had an issue before with them but my last annual service on my GT4 went bad, the car developed an oil leak on the drain plug….after taking the car back to the dealer on a tow truck they were hesitan service on my GT4 went bad, the car developed an oil leak on the drain plug….after taking the car back to the dealer on a tow truck they were hesitant to pay for the tow truck, if anything they should’ve reimbursed the whole oil change fiasco. I’ve been going to Porsche North Houston for all work done on my Cayenne for over 10 years. It could be as simple as a State Inspection or for a change of tires….or it could be for something more like a done on my Cayenne for over 10 years. It could be as simple as a State Inspection or for a change of tires….or it could be for something more like a new AC motor unit. Every time I have been met with great service (Chris Brown, Service Advisor) and work well done.
