I use Porsche North Houston for more than a decade for trading Porsche cars (two every second year Panamera and Cayenne or Macan) and the service (trade-in prep, delivery and standard maintenance or other trading Porsche cars (two every second year Panamera and Cayenne or Macan) and the service (trade-in prep, delivery and standard maintenance or other necessary repairs) was always excellent and beyond. This time I’ve had a deep dent in the rear left door and it was done remarkably well. The team always goes the extra mile with exterior and interior cleaning with every service. It is the reason we, the customers of Porsche North Houston, feel at home being taken care of by the whole team. Every time we had a need this team just jumped to our help with kind, professional and technically sound support. For example, about three years ago a newly acquired Cayenne had an issue with the HomeLink, and the team send a technician to our place to fix the issue. When I’ve got sick and alone at home with the car in service, the team delivered my car at home kindly and professionally. There are many other example I would recall that make the case for how supportive and professional the Porsche North Houston team is. More
